The Keeleco cuddly toys are made from 100% recycled materials. From rPet to be precise. Disposable plastics and bottles have become one of the hottest topics in recent years, which has led to an increasing use of recycled polyester. Recycled polyester, also known as rPet, is obtained by melting down existing plastic and re-spinning it into new polyester fiber and yarn. This process gives plastic a second life and uses 59% less energy to produce than virgin polyester. To give just one example: 16 water bottles (500 ml) produce enough fiber to make a 30 cm toy.

From recycled material

In this product and/or packaging, the device, or parts of it, was made from recycled raw materials. This process is more environmentally friendly as the raw materials do not have to be extracted again at great expense. Yoghurt pots, disposable bottles, plastic waste and foil packaging are included in the production cycle through recycling.
