The AQUATANA loyalty programme is offered by Templatestore Lynn (hereinafter referred to as AQUATANA)
Who can participate in the loyalty programme
The loyalty programme is open to all natural persons of legal age who are resident in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein.
How to join the loyalty programme
The loyalty programme is a function of the customer account. To participate in the loyalty programme, you must open a user account. When you open a free customer account, you will be credited with the first 50 points.
Participation in the AQUATANA loyalty programme is free of charge and is not subject to any purchase obligation.
Only one customer account may be opened per person and may not be transferred to third parties.
Collection of loyalty points is possible as soon as a customer joins the AQUATANA loyalty programme. Retroactive awarding of points for purchases of loyalty products made before 1 March 2024 is excluded. However, AQUATANA has credited 50 points to all customers who opened a customer account before 1 March 2024.
What information must be provided
In order to open a customer account and participate in the loyalty programme, you must provide your full name and an email address.
The benefits of the AQUATANA loyalty programmeYou can collect loyalty points in various ways with the AQUATANA loyalty programme. Points can currently be collected as follows:
- Open a customer account: 50 points
- Follow us on Instagram: 50 points
- Per CHF 1.00 value of goods: 10 points
You can also see for each individual item how many points you can collect when you purchase this item
You can then redeem the points you have collected for discount vouchers, free shipping or certain selected products.
The points collected cannot be paid out in cash or transferred to third parties
Acquired vouchers automatically lose their validity after 12 months.
You can view your points balance and the vouchers available at any time in the loyalty programme.
You can access the loyalty programme at any time using the button at the bottom left of the screen.
Once you have converted your collected loyalty points into a voucher, you can redeem the voucher code during the order process. The voucher cannot be transferred to third parties and can therefore only be redeemed by you
All vouchers can only be redeemed in the AQUATANA online shop.
The voucher can only be used in its entirety and for a single order.
How will my data be processed?
AQUATANA processes your data in accordance with the privacy policy.
How can I unsubscribe from the loyalty programme?
The AQUATANA loyalty programme is a free service and is linked to your customer account. To unsubscribe from the loyalty programme, you would need to have your customer account deleted. To do this, please contact our customer service team.
With the deletion of your customer account, the points you have collected will also be irrevocably lost.Cancel loyalty programme
AQUATANA reserves the right to terminate the loyalty programme at any time and without giving reasons. AQUATANA will of course endeavour to inform all customers participating in the loyalty programme in advance. Should AQUATANA terminate the loyalty programme, all accumulated points will be lost.
