Returns & Complaints
At AQUATANA, within 7 days of receiving your order, you may return all or part of your order to us under the following conditions:
Register your return
In order to make a return possible, we ask you to fill out the form below completely.
Upon receipt of your return request, we will review it internally and contact you via email.
Please keep the item in question with you until we have contacted you to discuss how to proceed.
If your return request is legitimate, we ask that you follow the information below.
Condition of packaging and items
Items must be sent to us in undamaged, complete and unopened original packaging. Otherwise, unfortunately, the return cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.
The following items are also excluded from return:
Food, discounted items, custom-made items for the customer and items which we have ordered at the customer's request.
Return shipment and return shipping costs
Please return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number, to the following address:

You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs.
In the case of a wrong delivery, or damaged items, the costs will be covered by Templatestore Lynn. For quality purposes, all orders are pictorially recorded prior to shipment.
If there is any damage in transit, it must also be reported to Swiss Post within 7 days.
Internal inspection and refund
As soon as we have internally checked your return and everything is in order, we will refund you part or all of the purchase price minus the shipping costs. The payment will be made as a credit or a refund if requested.
Returns that are not complete, damaged, the packaging has been opened, or have not been declared in advance will be returned to you. In addition to the shipping costs of CHF 10.70, we charge an additional handling fee of CHF 15.00 for this.

Warranty
In case of a warranty claim, please contact us in advance.
Please describe us exactly which error is present and send us in the best case still additional photos.
In addition, we ask you to check the operating instructions in order to be able to exclude that it could be an operating error in the current case.
As soon as we receive the information from you, we will contact you within one working day to discuss the further procedure.
If it could be a warranty case in the current case, we will ask you to send us the corresponding device by mail. The transport costs are to be borne by the customer.
After receiving the device, we will check it internally to ensure that it is indeed a warranty case. If the item does not have a defect, it will be returned to the customer. The return costs are at the expense of the customer.
If it is indeed a warranty case, we will repair or replace the item in question as soon as possible. Depending on the manufacturer of the product, an additional assessment may be made by the manufacturer itself. Therefore, it may take a moment until the repair or replacement. For this, we ask for your understanding.
During the time of clarification, we can unfortunately not provide a replacement device. We also ask for your understanding.
