Tropical Sanital + Ketapang

Aquarium salt for black water fish.

Sanital + Ketapang is an aquarium salt with extracts of Ketapang leaves (Terminalia catappa) and oak bark.

It is used to prepare aquarium water for black water fish, such as discus fish, angelfish, neon tetra, etc., as well as for brackish water fish.

The addition of vitamin B1 alleviates stress, which is particularly important for many shy fish such as tetras.

Tannins (vegetable tannins) and humic acids from the extracts of ketapang and oak bark make the aquarium a safe and healthy environment for the fish.

The influence of these substances is especially important for fish weakened by transport, in the acclimation phase or suffering from skin abrasions and injuries, furthermore after water changes and in newly established tanks where there is a high risk of developing toxic nitrite.

Sanital + Ketapang improves health conditions in normal aquariums (mature and newly established tanks) and accelerates regeneration of epidermis, mucous membrane and fins, therefore it is especially recommended for quarantine in hygiene tanks.
