Savannah wood is a hardwood from Africa and usually sinks very quickly in the aquarium.

The great thing about savannah wood is that the roots can be quite different shades of color. This gives you the chance to combine diverse roots with each other.

Due to the humic substances in the savannah root, the water in the aquarium may turn slightly colored in the first time. If you do not want this, we recommend you to water the root for a few days.

Thanks to the surface, the savannah wood is also ideal for tying up aquarium plants and mosses.
