The quince leaves are a high-fiber snack for invertebrates, such as shrimp, crabs, crabs and snails.
The leaves were gently air-dried.
The valuable tannic acids give the quince leaves a mild antibiotic and antifungal effect. The mucilages (pectin) protect the mucous membranes. The minerals prevent skinning problems.

To make them sink faster, the leaves can be briefly scalded with hot water before placing them in the aquarium.
