Soak the pumpkin flakes in hot water for about 20 minutes. Use a 3:1 ratio of water to flakes. After swelling, allow the pumpkin flakes to cool and then add them to the rest of the food. If necessary, the flakes can be pureed for better palatability. 1 tbsp. corresponds to about 5 g of pumpkin flakes. 5 g of dried flakes correspond to about 20 g of swollen flakes. The total daily ration depends on the dog's weight and activity level: A total of 20-40 g of food (meat and vegetables) per kg of body weight per day. Recommended ration composition: puppies: approx. 80% meat and 20% vegetables (swollen) adult dogs: approx. 65% meat and 35% vegetables (swollen) senior dogs: approx. 50% meat and 50% vegetables (swollen)
