JBL ProNovo Bel Weekend
Weekend food for all freshwater aquarium fish
Aquariums are the easiest pets for owners to look after during a weekend or vacation trip! Only very few fish species cannot be fed with commercial food and will only accept live food.
For a weekend or longer vacation the aquarium owner has the choice: Either he feeds JBL PRONOVO WEEKEND (for 3 days) or JBL PRONOVO HOLIDAY (for 2 weeks) or he uses an automatic feeder (JBL AUTOFOOD), which is filled with his preferred food granules.
Most aquarium fish, with the exception of juveniles, would even manage without food for a day or two - just like in nature. But then many aquarium owners get a guilty conscience and therefore JBL PRONOVO WEEKEND is also available for a short absence.
The food blocks in JBL PRONOVO HOLIDAY and WEEKEND consist of a natural calcium compound that slowly dissolves when the fish "nibble" on it.
Bottom-dwelling fish such as armored catfish or loaches also quickly smell the contained food and then also provide themselves with food when needed. Be careful if you ask neighbors to feed your fish! Most people mean too well and overfeed massively! Large quantities of food then lie uneaten on the aquarium floor and spoil. This leads to serious problems with oxygen levels and toxic nitrite build-up. A vacation food or an automatic feeder (or aquarists as neighbors) are the better way!
All foods for ornamental fish
- Provide your aquarium fish with food for 3 days
- Application: Place the food block in the aquarium. It sinks to the bottom and 1 block provides 10 -15 ornamental fish up to 3 - 20 cm in size with food for 3 days
