What you should definitely pay attention to when cleaning the discs?

In contrast to plastic panes (acrylic/Plexiglas), glass aquarium panes are harder than steel. This means that you cannot scratch them with blades or metal pads. However, the gravel and sand in the aquarium is harder and will cause scratches if it gets between the cleaner and the glass. So be careful if you get close to the bottom with the disc cleaner. The silicone seams of your aquarium are also at risk. Avoid damaging the silicone seams with disc cleaning blades. A care glove is suitable for cleaning these sensitive areas.

Not suitable for plastic discs. It is important that NO sand gets between the pad and the disc.
