The high proportion of high-quality oat flakes, combined with peanuts, berries and small seeds, offers a particularly welcome food donation for soft feeders. On days when there is an increased need for energy – such as in winter or when rearing young – ENERGY provides a good opportunity to quickly strengthen the birds. In times of food scarcity, nuthatches, for example, like to come to a feeding place in winter and help themselves to the peanuts and fat food.
