With the EHEIM thermocontrol+ e we offer you the aquarium heater of the future. Intelligent and ingeniously designed.

The EHEIM thermocontrol+ e is our first controller heater with digital control via WLAN. You can set the temperature precisely from 18 to 32 °C via smartphone, tablet or PC/MAC. The set temperature is precisely measured by the electronics and kept constant. However, if it deviates by ± 2 °C, you will be notified immediately by e-mail. Automatic synchronization with filter activity or lighting is also possible. This means that you can establish a wireless connection with the EHEIM professionel 5e filter or the LEDcontrol+.

The design of the thermocontrol+ e corresponds to that of our tried and tested thermocontrol heaters. The jacket made of special laboratory glass, the flawless workmanship, the high-quality materials and the absolute reliability leave nothing to be desired. They come with a 3-year guarantee.

Setting and control

The EHEIM thermocontrol+ e aquarium heater is the further development of the thermocontrol e heating element. Unlike the latter, it is not set manually, but programmed and monitored wirelessly via WLAN and smartphone, tablet or PC/MAC.

It can be set precisely from 18 to 32 °C. And if the target temperature deviates by +/-2 degrees, you will receive an email notification, provided you have stored a corresponding address.

Synchronization with other devices

A particular highlight is that the thermocontrol+ e can be synchronized with other devices from the EHEIM Digital family such as the EHEIM Filter professionel 5e or the LEDcontrol+ lighting control. You can therefore specify that the target temperature rises or falls when, for example, the filter flow rate (in bio mode) is increased or decreased or the LED lighting is switched off or on.

Example: The filter flow rate is increased at night and the lighting is switched off. The target temperature is automatically adjusted accordingly: 25 °C during the day; 23 °C at night. (Caution: water is not cooled down - heater has no integrated cooling.)

WLAN connection

The thermocontrol+ e is waterproof and fully submersible. However, for an optimum Wi-Fi connection, the heater may only be immersed up to the “water level” mark.

For the security of your device, every EHEIM thermocontrol+ e is encrypted ex works (password can be customized). After setting the desired temperature, the WLAN network can be switched off.
