Observation nesting box

The "Insight" observation nesting box offers special insights into the nursery of its inhabitants. With the help of the mirror on the inside of the hinged roof, the young birds can be observed without disturbing the brood. Care should be taken to open the roof just a crack and not to touch the young birds or eggs under any circumstances!

The hinged roof also makes it easy to clean the interior after the breeding season. Three interchangeable entrance holes are included, each suitable for specific bird species. The Ø 28 mm hole is perfect for small tit species such as blue tits, while the Ø 32 mm hole is suitable for great tits and nuthatches, for example. The Ø 35 mm hole, on the other hand, is suitable for sparrows, pied flycatchers and many other wild birds.

The birdhouse can be attached to trees and house walls anywhere in the garden and on balconies using the fixing strip on the back. The nesting aid is made of weatherproof impregnated pine wood (Pinus sylvestris, main wood species).

The nesting box is manufactured by hand in Europe, with a focus on top quality workmanship. The nesting box measures approx. 17 x 20 x 33 cm (L x W x H).

The nesting box should be cleaned after each breeding season.
