Detects animals and drives them away from the property

The contec ultrasonic animal repeller detects and drives various animals away from your garden quickly and humanely. The device emits powerful ultrasonic waves to which rodents, rabbits, dogs, cats, martens and other nuisance animals react sensitively and avoid your property in future. This means that an area of approx. 100 m² with a maximum radius of 120° can be optimally protected. The device requires AA rechargeable batteries, which are not included in the scope of delivery. The integrated solar panel charges them with electricity to ensure permanent use.

How it works

Humans can hear sound frequencies of up to 20,000 Hz. Sound above this frequency is called ultrasound. Animals hear ultrasound and find it so disturbing that they do everything they can to escape it. When the repeller is set up, the sensor detects any movement of animals in the coverage area. Each movement causes the device to emit sound for five seconds, varying between 13,000 and 60,000 Hz, which drives the disturbing animals out of the area. The sensor flashes green when the device emits sound.

For commissioning, you also need 4 AA NiMH rechargeable batteries, which are not included in the scope of delivery.
