Chestnut leaves

Chestnut leaves are not only an excellent supplementary food for shrimps, crayfish, crabs and snails, but they also serve as an ideal water conditioner for aquariums.

Chestnut leaves have a strong antibacterial and fungicidal effect.

Unlike other natural antibiotics, it does not destroy the bacteria/germs, but prevents them from forming in advance.

The tannins slightly lower the pH value – effective against fungal infections of spawn.
