Our designers have taken care of every detail for your convenience and ease of use: from the easy-to-use control panel to the wheels that allow for comfortable movement of the device. Proven and patented functionalities previously used in the appreciated ULTRAMAX filters have also been used. We are talking here, among other things, about the prefilter and the systems: double ball valves and automatic filter flooding. These solutions have been positively evaluated by aquarists for years. We are convinced of their reliability.

Prefilter

The spacious 1.5 litre pre-filter, built into the lid of the device, effectively stops large impurities, which significantly reduces the frequency of filter maintenance. Cleaning the pre-filter itself is very easy and does not even require removing the device from the case. You just need to lift the lid, remove the sponge from the basket and rinse it under running water.

Double ball valve system

Aquarists know that the critical phase of the work that requires access to the inside of the filter is usually disconnecting the inlet and outlet hoses from the device. The remaining water in the filter usually spills onto the floor, causing justifiable irritation. To avoid this, Hypermax uses a patented double ball valve system. You simultaneously close the filter inlet and outlet in the lid and the hose light and block the uncontrolled escape of water.
