Amazonas quartz sand white 0 - 1 mm

This quartz sand for the aquarium is a natural product and lime-free. With a grain size of just 0 to 1 mm, it is very fine and therefore ideal for aquarium inhabitants that like to dig in the substrate.

The substrate can be composed of sand, gravel or a mixture of both. Attention should be paid to the needs of the fish in the aquarium.

The average gravel should be rounded and have a maximum grain size of 2 to 3 mm.

A gravel layer of 6 to 8 cm is recommended so that the aquarium plants can also form sufficient roots.
